What are your candles scented with? +
Every candle is made with a premium soy wax and fragrance oils chosen for depth and warmth rather than a single sharp note. Full scent notes are listed on each product page.
What type of wax do you use? +
All Seven Divas candles are made with a premium soy wax blend, chosen for a clean, even burn and strong scent throw.
Do the scents throw strongly, or are they subtle? +
Seven Divas candles are created for a noticeable, room-filling fragrance that feels present without overwhelming the space.
Once the wax reaches a full melt pool, the fragrance begins to unfold throughout the room—layered, balanced, and true to the scent from the first light to the final burn.
Do you sell dough bowl candles? +
Yes — our Between Chapters collection is hand-poured into signature ceramic dough bowls and vintage-inspired cheesemolds, sized for the mantel, the coffee table, or wherever the day happens to be.
Candle Care & Safety
How do I get the best burn from my candle? +
On the first light, let the candle burn until the wax pool reaches the edges of the vessel — usually 1–2 hours. This prevents tunneling and helps the candle burn evenly for its full life. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each relighting.
How long will my candle burn? +
This depends on the size of your candle and the number of wicks. Our 11 oz. candles have a burn time of approximately 60 hours. Our 16 oz. dough bowls have a burn time of approximately 65–70 hours. Our 8 oz. cheesemolds have a burn time of approximately 35–40 hours.
What sizes are Seven Divas candles available in? +
Our signature jar candles are 11 oz. Between Chapters dough bowls are 16 oz, and cheesemolds are 8 oz. Sizing is listed on each product page.
Are your candles safe around children and pets? +
As with any open flame, never leave a lit candle unattended, and keep it out of reach of children and pets. Always burn on a heat-safe surface away from anything flammable.
Are your vessels reusable? +
Yes — our matte ceramic jars and oval dough bowls are designed to be kept and reused long after the candle is finished. Clean out any remaining wax with warm water once fully cooled.
Orders, Shipping & Returns
Where are your candles made? +
Every candle is hand-poured in small batches in Harrington, Delaware.
How long does shipping take? +
Please allow 5–7 days for shipping.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes, we ship internationally.
What's your return policy? +
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any damages. We will replace products for any damages during shipment. In the event a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a full refund. If you wish to opt in for a refund instead of a replacement, we will refund your product minus the actual cost of shipping. Photographic proof of damage must be submitted to us at info@sevendivas.com within seven (7) days of delivery. You may also exchange your unused or unopened product for another product of the same size, type, and price within fourteen (14) days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all returned items.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Additional items ineligible for refund:
- Sale Items (including items purchased with a Discount Code)
- Customized Items
- Items marked "Non-returnable" on the product page
- Gift Cards
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Lost or stolen items
- Any item that has been used or is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any order where the tracking states it has been delivered. We do offer reshipments once our shipping carriers fulfill our shipping claim
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
My candle arrived damaged — what do I do? +
If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@sevendivas.com. A new candle will be shipped to you within 48 hours.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes? +
Yes — we offer gift wrapping and gift notes.
Can Seven Divas candles be given as gifts? +
Absolutely — many of our candles are chosen as gifts. Visit our Made to Give page for curated gift paths, or add a gift note and wrapping at checkout.
